Meanwhile, the handball squad achieved its first victory against Qatar and aims to continue its strong performances in upcoming matches against the UAE and Oman to secure a podium finish. Both the volleyball and handball teams are having a rest day today and the action will resume tomorrow. The volleyball team will face the UAE and the handball squad will take on the Emirati national team.

Whereas the national cycling team kicked off its participation yesterday with the individual ‘Against the Clock’ competition in the youth and junior categories. The team's events, which span three days, will include individual time trials and general classifications.
